Can I freeze my membership?+
Yes. Members can freeze their membership for up to 60 days per year directly from the member portal or at any reception desk.
How does the digital membership card work?+
Every member gets a QR membership card in the app. Scan it at any branch turnstile to check in and out — your attendance syncs instantly.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept EVC Plus, E-Dahab, bank transfer and cash at reception. Renewals can be paid in-app.
Can I use my membership at any branch?+
It depends on your plan — what each plan includes is listed on its card above. Ask reception if you train at more than one branch.
